What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for domestic orders and 40 days for international orders.
Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable
How do I return an item?
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. (We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
