You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access by using the email address and password you have created. Please note, If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered. Simply sign in to your account and click forgot your password? Enter your email address and we will send you a new password. You may later change the password to your liking.
Sign into my account, and click on My profile to change (email address, phone, etc); click on Address Information to change or add a billing or shipping address, and click on my password to change your password. Please click submit or update when you are finished and the changes you have made will now be securely saved to your profile.

Sales tax is charged only to New York State residents where pixiemarket.com has a physical presence. NY retail sales tax is 4.375% on all orders of $110 and more. It is tax free under $110. Sales tax is not charged on gift cards.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Pixie Market at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.
U.S.A orders are shipped using USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) or Priority mail (2-3 days) .Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. PixieMarket.com is now offering FREE USPS Ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the 48 continuous states. Please select FREE Priority Shipping at checkout.
International Shipping Methods and Costs. International orders are shipped USPS Express mail International (3-5 days) or Priority mail International ( 5-12 days). Cost is based on delivery service, price, insurance and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE Sale items 30% off or more are FINAL SALE. How do I return an item? Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. We offer gift certificates on a predetermine dollar amounts on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. After purchase, you may then email the gift certificate to a friend with a personalized note. Gift certificates can be used for any purchase online and do not expire. To redeem a gift certificate you must first activate the link included in your gift certificate message. After you have activated the link, the gift certificate balance will show up in your account.
