What currency are your prices in?
We are based in Los Angeles and all currency is priced in USD .

How do I know which size will fit me best?
Most of our sizes fits on the small side unless it is described as oversize .If you have questions about a specific style’s fit or measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer service . Please include your bust, waist, and  hip measurements so we can help you find the right size.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel or change your order by emailing customer service.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Add to Waitlist / Pre-Orders

What does it mean Add to Waitlist?
If an item is Sold Out, we will try our best to make more. Sign up with your email with your preferred size and we will email you to let you know if it becomes available.

What does Pre-Order Mean?
Pre-order items are items that are coming soon to the site .You can pre-order an item and get 15% off using the code PREORDER. Expected delivery times are listed on each style, However date is not guaranteed. We do not offer Pre-Order to International customers at this time.

Can I return a Pre-Order Item? 
Yes you can return within the time frame allowed.

We offer online gift certificates only.
 

Sale

What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final-sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged  If you send a "Final Sale" item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. 

Can I return an Item Bought with a special discount code ?
Yes ,special discount items can be Returned within our accepted time frame

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S on all purchases over $75

How fast will my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date.We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

International Shipping 

How much does International shipping cost?
We offer for any purchase of $250 or more FREE INTERNATIONAL Shipping or $35  shipping for any purchase below $250. 

We also offer $20 First class mail service  for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France,Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Macau, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan,  United Kingdom.

Customs
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Pixie market cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

 

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.

Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washedAll swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits are final sale.

Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

 

How do I return an item?
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below.
