We are based in the United States. All currency is priced in USD (U.S. Dollars).
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Most garments are sized on the small side unless they are described as oversized. If you have questions about a specific style’s fit or measurements, please contact Customer Care. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 305 960-7481 (Monday through Friday between 8:30 to 4:30 EST).
Please have your measurements ready so we can help you find the right size.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel or change your order by emailing Customer Service.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will be able to track it and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Add to Waitlist / Pre-Orders
What does Add to Waitlist mean?
If an item is Sold Out, we will try our best to make more. Sign up with your email address and your preferred size, and we will notify you if it becomes available. What does Pre-Order Mean?
Items on Pre-Order are arriving on the site shortly. Expected delivery times are listed on each style. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Pre-Order for International orders will ship with complete order not separately.
Can I return a Pre-Order Item?
Yes, you can return within the time frame allowed.
What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked Final Sale have reduced prices and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send a Final Sale item back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund.
Can I return an item bought with a special discount code ?
Yes, special discount items can be returned within our accepted time frame.
How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental U.S on all purchases over $100.
How fast will my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days of its shipping date.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. Additionally, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not provide Free Returns.
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic and international orders.
We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered, or washed.
All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny credit if any items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
How do I return an item?
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Then, send the item back to us using an insured delivery service to the address below.
