REQUEST A RETURN FOR US ORDERS

Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 20 days after the order is placed. 


We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered, or washed. 
All swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, and sale items that are marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.  Any items returned damage or stained will be shipped back at customers expense.
  
If you would like to request a return, please fill out the  form above with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours with return instructions. if you choose to use our domestic return label, $9 fee will be applied to your refund.
 
Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Pixie Market reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. 
The return must be shipped/post marked within the 20 days after the order date.  If the order is shipped after the allowed period it will no longer qualify for a refund and a store credit will be issued instead.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address,please email us at hey@pixiemarket.com. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.  

 

 

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE US)

Please visit our INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PORTAL here to initiate your return.  You will have the option to print a prepaid DHL label for a fee that will be deducted from your refund.  If you do not wish to use our prepaid label, please ship the return using the courier of your choice to the address listed below.

Please be advised that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.

 

 All items must be returned in their original condition. We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been worn, stained or damaged .
