Domestic orders placed in our store, please fill out the form above with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
if you choose to use our domestic return label, a 8 USD fee will be applied to your refund.
Orders placed through Instagram/Facebook, please fill out the return request in the Meta platform or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization and instructions. We're so sorry but we currently do not provide return labels for orders placed outside our store checkout.

to initiate your return. You will have the option to print a prepaid DHL label for a fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to use our prepaid label, please ship the return using the courier of your choice to the address listed below.
