A loose cotton crop with shoulder ties and a heavily embroidered hem — cutwork scallops with open lace inserts that read more handwork than mass-produced. The body gathers and falls; the back drops slightly shorter than the front; the straps adjust as long or as short as you like. Wears open over a waistband or tucked. Pair with the matching skirt for the full set, or break it up with denim and flat sandals.
