A very short tiered mini in crinkled chiffon, with cascading ruffles, a scoop neckline gathered with a self-tie, and adjustable spaghetti straps. The chiffon is sheer and weightless, the ruffles fall in uneven tiers — wear it as a mini dress with boots, or layer it as a tunic over denim shorts or slim trousers.
