All European Union Countries, UK, Australia, and Hong Kong prices include taxes and duties in the product price.  Will NOT pay any additional fees upon delivery.

 

Canada prices includes all duties in the product price.  

 

All other countries will have the option to prepay Duties and Taxes during checkout.  If you wish to prepay, you will not receive any additional bill from customs guaranteed. If you choose not to prepay you might be subject to pay Duties and Taxes upon receipt. 

 

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

 

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not offer Free Returns on International Shipping .Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for  international orders.

We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered, or washed.

All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny credit if any items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

How do I return an item?

Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Then, send the item back to us using an insured delivery service to the address below.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
