Will I be charged Taxes and Duties?

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Pixie Market has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.

International orders are shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If a shipment is refused due to taxes and duties unpaid, the carrier will discard your package and a refund will not be issued.

 In the event that a package is returned to our warehouse due to unpaid duties and taxes, all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.



What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not offer Free Returns on International Shipping .Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for  international orders.

We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered, or washed.

All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.


PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny credit if any items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

How do I return an item?

Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Then, send the item back to us using an insured delivery service to the address below.
